Publication Ethics Policy

IJAICET expects authors, reviewers, and editors to follow responsible scholarly publishing practices. Manuscripts must be original, accurate, properly referenced, and not under consideration by another journal at the same time.

Author Responsibilities

• Submit original work that has not been published elsewhere in the same form.
• Disclose all authors, affiliations, funding sources, conflicts of interest, and relevant acknowledgements.
• Ensure that data, figures, tables, citations, and references are accurate and not misleading.
• Obtain permissions for copyrighted third-party material where required.

Plagiarism and Similarity Screening

Submissions may be checked using editorial review and software-assisted similarity screening. Manuscripts with plagiarism, fabricated content, duplicate publication, citation manipulation, or unethical authorship practices may be rejected or removed from consideration.

Conflicts of Interest

Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any financial, institutional, personal, or professional conflicts that could influence the submission, review, or publication process.

Corrections, Retractions, and Complaints

If significant errors or ethical concerns are identified after publication, IJAICET may publish a correction, expression of concern, or retraction after editorial assessment. Complaints may be submitted to the editorial office for review.

Use of AI and Automated Tools

Authors must disclose meaningful use of generative AI or automated tools in manuscript preparation, data analysis, image generation, or other research tasks beyond routine spelling, grammar, formatting, or language editing. AI tools cannot be listed as authors. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, references, and integrity of the submitted work.

Reviewers and editors must protect manuscript confidentiality and should not upload unpublished manuscripts or confidential review material to public AI tools.
