Conflict of Interest Policy

IJAICET requires authors, reviewers, and editors to disclose conflicts of interest that could influence, or appear to influence, the submission, review, editorial decision, or publication process.

Author Conflicts

Authors must disclose financial, institutional, personal, professional, commercial, or academic interests that may be relevant to the submitted work. Funding sources, sponsor roles, competing patents, consultancy relationships, or close personal relationships should be disclosed where applicable.

Reviewer Conflicts

Reviewers should decline review invitations when they have a conflict of interest with the manuscript, authors, institution, funder, or subject matter. Reviewers must keep manuscripts confidential and must not use unpublished material for personal advantage.

Editor Conflicts

Editors should not handle manuscripts when they have a conflict of interest. In such cases, another qualified editor should manage the editorial process and decision.

Disclosure and Management

Disclosed conflicts do not automatically prevent publication. The journal evaluates whether the conflict can be managed transparently. Undisclosed conflicts discovered after publication may lead to correction, expression of concern, or retraction depending on severity.
