Publication Fee Policy

The International Journal of Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Emerging Technologies (IJAICET) is committed to promoting high-quality scholarly communication and supporting the global research community through accessible and ethical publishing practices.

To encourage research dissemination and support authors during the initial establishment phase of the journal, IJAICET currently does not charge any fees for manuscript submission, peer review, article processing, or publication.

Fee Structure

Future APC Policy

The journal reserves the right to introduce reasonable Article Processing Charges (APCs) in the future to support publication management, digital preservation, DOI registration, indexing services, and platform maintenance.

Any future changes to the APC policy will be announced on the journal website well in advance and will apply only to manuscripts submitted after the effective date of the revised policy.

Waiver Policy

At present, no APCs are charged. If APCs are introduced in the future, the journal may provide full or partial fee waivers to eligible authors based on institutional support, financial constraints, or special editorial decisions.

Transparency and Ethics

IJAICET is committed to transparency in publishing. Editorial decisions are based solely on the quality, originality, significance, and relevance of submitted manuscripts and are never influenced by any financial considerations.
