Article Processing Charge (APC) Information
IJAICET is an open access, peer-reviewed journal. Readers can access published articles online without subscription or reader payment.
Author Fee Policy
IJAICET does not charge any manuscript submission fee or review fee.
Author charges are applicable only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication. No payment is required before editorial screening or peer review.

When Payment Is Required
- No payment is required during initial manuscript submission.
- No payment is required for editorial screening or peer review.
- Author charges are requested only after acceptance of the manuscript.
- Published articles remain open access for readers.
Online Payment Gateway Charge
When an author chooses to pay online through the payment gateway, an additional 2% online payment gateway/convenience charge is added to the amount entered by the author. This charge is paid by the author at the time of online payment.
Example: if the payable author charge is INR 2700, the online payment gateway charge is INR 54, and the total online payment amount is INR 2754.
Reader Access
IJAICET does not charge readers for article access, PDF downloads, or issue access.
Other Author Charges
IJAICET does not charge separate page charges, color charges, membership fees, print subscription fees, or reader access fees. The applicable post-acceptance author charges are listed above.
Waiver Policy
Authors who are unable to pay the full post-acceptance author charges may request a waiver or reduction before payment. Waiver or reduction decisions are made by the editorial office based on the author's circumstances and journal policy.
