Article Processing Charge (APC)
IJAICET charges no submission or peer review fee. Authors pay only after a manuscript has completed peer review and received formal acceptance.

Currency policy: The US dollar amounts are fixed international charges. They are displayed separately to give authors certainty and are not recalculated daily.
Online Payment Gateway Charge
A 2% gateway or convenience charge applies only when an author chooses online payment. The charge is displayed before payment is completed.
When Payment Is Required
- No payment during manuscript submission
- No payment during editorial screening or peer review
- Charges requested only after formal acceptance
- Payment completed before final online publication
Open Access for Readers
Published articles remain freely accessible. Readers are not charged for article access, PDF downloads or issue access.
Waiver Policy
Authors who cannot pay the full charge may request a waiver or reduction before payment. The editorial office considers each request according to the author circumstances and journal policy. See the APC Waiver and Discount Policy.
Payment Support

No additional routine charges: IJAICET does not separately charge page fees, colour fees, membership fees, print subscription fees or reader access fees.
