Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original manuscripts that fall within the scope of the International Journal of Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Emerging Technologies (IJAICET). Submissions must be written in English and must not have been published previously or be under consideration by another journal or conference.

Manuscripts should include a clear title, author details, abstract, keywords, main text, references, and any acknowledgements or funding information. The abstract should not exceed 300 words. Authors should provide 4 to 8 keywords.

Recommended manuscript structure:
I. Introduction
II. Literature Review
III. Research Gap
IV. Proposed Methodology
V. Experimental Setup
VI. Results and Discussion
VII. Conclusion
References

References should follow IEEE style. In-text citations should be numbered in square brackets, such as [1], [2], and [3]. The reference list should appear at the end of the manuscript and include complete bibliographic details.

Submissions should be prepared in DOCX format. Authors may also upload a PDF version, cover letter, datasets, source code, images, or supplementary files where applicable.

For double-blind peer review, the main manuscript file should not include author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, self-identifying statements, or document metadata that reveals author identity. Author details should be entered only in the submission metadata fields.

All authors must approve the submission. Authors must disclose conflicts of interest, funding sources, ethical approval where applicable, and confirm that the work is original and free from plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, and inappropriate authorship.
