Metadata and Indexing Center
This page explains how IJAICET maintains article metadata, DOI information, indexing transparency, and discoverability for published research.

Article Metadata Standards
IJAICET aims to maintain complete and consistent article metadata for every published article, including article title, author names, affiliations, ORCID IDs where available, abstract, keywords, references where provided, publication date, volume, issue, pages, DOI, article URL, and PDF galley.
DOI and Crossref Workflow
IJAICET has a Crossref DOI prefix and uses the journal's OJS/Crossref workflow for DOI metadata handling. DOI registration is completed after final publication metadata has been checked. Authors should cite the final article landing page and DOI after publication.
More information is available on the DOI and Crossref Guide.
Indexing Transparency
IJAICET does not claim inclusion in Scopus, Web of Science, SCIE, ESCI, UGC CARE, DOAJ, or other selective databases unless formal confirmation has been received from the relevant service.
Current ISSN, DOI, and indexing information is maintained on the Indexing, ISSN, and DOI Status page.
Discoverability Signals
- Stable article landing pages on the journal website.
- OJS metadata for issues, articles, authors, abstracts, and galleys.
- Public sitemap at https://ijaicet.com/sitemap.xml.
- AI-readable journal information at https://ijaicet.com/llms.txt and https://ijaicet.com/ijaicet-facts.json.

Metadata Correction Requests
Authors may request correction of article metadata such as author names, affiliation, ORCID, pages, DOI display, or biography details. Requests should include the article title, article URL, DOI if assigned, and the corrected information.
