Article Publication Standards
IJAICET maintains publication standards to ensure that accepted articles are presented with complete, consistent, and citable information.
Article First Page Requirements
The first page of every final article should clearly display the article title, author names, affiliations, journal title or acronym, ISSN, volume number, issue number, publication period, year, DOI where assigned, and page range where applicable.
Author and Affiliation Details
Author names, affiliations, country, corresponding author information, and ORCID IDs where available should be checked before publication. Authors are responsible for confirming the final spelling and order of author names before final publication.
Abstract, Keywords, and Sections
Published articles should include a clear abstract, relevant keywords, structured sections appropriate to the article type, properly labelled figures and tables, and complete references.
Volume, Issue, Period, and Pages
Each published article should be assigned to the correct volume and issue. The article PDF should mention the volume number, issue number, period of publication, and year. Page numbers should match the final issue/article record where page ranges are used.
DOI and Article URL
Where a DOI has been assigned, it should be displayed in resolver format and connected with the article landing page. Authors should cite the final version of record after publication.
Final Author Check
Before publication, authors may be asked to check title, author details, affiliations, abstract, keywords, figures, references, DOI, issue details, and final PDF formatting.
