Overview

The International Journal of Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Emerging Technologies (IJAICET) follows a rigorous Double-Blind Peer Review process to ensure the quality, originality, integrity, and scholarly significance of all published research. The review process is designed to provide an impartial and objective evaluation of submitted manuscripts while maintaining confidentiality for both authors and reviewers.

All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo editorial screening followed by peer review by qualified experts in the relevant research domain.

Double-Blind Peer Review Process

IJAICET employs a Double-Blind Peer Review system in which:

  • The identity of authors is concealed from reviewers.
  • The identity of reviewers is concealed from authors.
  • Reviewers evaluate manuscripts solely on academic merit.
  • Editorial decisions are based on reviewer recommendations and editorial assessment.

This process helps minimize bias and promotes fairness, transparency, and academic integrity.

Peer Review Workflow

  1. Manuscript Submission
    Authors submit manuscripts through the online journal management system.
  2. Initial Editorial Screening
    The Editor-in-Chief or Associate Editor evaluates the manuscript for relevance, scope, formatting compliance, ethical standards, and overall quality.
  3. Plagiarism Screening
    The manuscript may be screened using plagiarism detection software to verify originality.
  4. Reviewer Assignment
    The manuscript is assigned to at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area.
  5. Peer Review Evaluation
    Reviewers assess the manuscript and provide detailed comments and recommendations.
  6. Editorial Decision
    The editor reviews the referee reports and makes a publication decision.
  7. Revision Stage
    Authors may be requested to revise and resubmit the manuscript based on reviewer feedback.
  8. Final Decision
    After successful review and revision, the manuscript may be accepted for publication.

Author Responsibilities

Confidentiality

All manuscripts received by the journal are treated as confidential documents. Editors and reviewers shall not disclose any information regarding submitted manuscripts to any third party except as necessary for the peer review process.

Conflict of Interest

Editors and reviewers must disclose any personal, professional, institutional, or financial relationships that could influence their evaluation of a manuscript. Individuals with conflicts of interest shall not participate in the review or editorial decision-making process for the affected submission.

Publication Ethics
