Peer Review Policy

IJAICET follows a double anonymous peer-review process for research articles. Author identities are not disclosed to reviewers, and reviewer identities are not disclosed to authors.

Editorial Screening

Each submission is first checked by the editorial office for journal scope, manuscript completeness, originality, ethical compliance, and suitability for peer review. Manuscripts that are incomplete, outside the journal scope, or unsuitable for scholarly review may be returned or declined at this stage.

Reviewer Evaluation

Research articles sent for review are normally evaluated by at least two independent reviewers with relevant subject expertise. Reviewers assess originality, methodology, technical correctness, clarity, references, ethical compliance, and contribution to the field.

Editorial Decisions

Based on reviewer recommendations and editorial assessment, the editor may decide to accept, request revisions, request resubmission, or decline the manuscript. Final publication decisions remain the responsibility of the editorial team.

Special Issues and Conference Papers

Any manuscript submitted through a conference collaboration or special issue route must undergo the same independent editorial screening, plagiarism checking, and peer-review process. Conference presentation or selection does not guarantee publication in IJAICET.

Estimated Timeline

The usual time from submission to completion of review is approximately 4 to 8 weeks, depending on reviewer availability, manuscript quality, revision requirements, and editorial workload.
