Generative AI and Automated Tools Policy

IJAICET permits responsible use of generative AI and automated tools when disclosed appropriately and when authors remain fully accountable for the submitted work.

Author Responsibility

AI tools cannot be listed as authors. Authorship is limited to human contributors who can take responsibility for the integrity, originality, accuracy, and accountability of the work.

Disclosure

Authors must disclose meaningful use of generative AI or automated tools in manuscript drafting, translation, image generation, data analysis, coding, or literature summarization. Routine spelling, grammar, formatting, and reference-style assistance does not normally require detailed disclosure.

Prohibited Uses

Authors must not use AI tools to fabricate data, generate false references, manipulate images, misrepresent results, or conceal plagiarism. Authors are responsible for verifying all citations, facts, figures, tables, and claims.

Reviewer and Editor Confidentiality

Reviewers and editors must preserve manuscript confidentiality and should not upload unpublished manuscripts, review reports, or confidential editorial material to public AI systems.

Editorial Action

Undisclosed or improper AI use may lead to revision request, rejection, correction, expression of concern, or retraction depending on the nature and severity of the issue.
