Data Availability and Research Transparency Policy

IJAICET encourages transparency in research methods, data, software, and materials, while recognizing legal, ethical, privacy, security, and commercial limitations.

Data Availability Statements

Authors are encouraged to include a data availability statement explaining where data, code, materials, or supporting information can be accessed, or why access is restricted.

Repositories and Supplementary Files

Where appropriate, authors may deposit datasets, code, experimental material, or supplementary files in a recognized repository and cite the repository record in the article. Authors may also provide supplementary files through the journal submission system when suitable.

Restricted Data

Data may be restricted when sharing would violate privacy, confidentiality, cybersecurity, legal obligations, institutional rules, ethical approval, or third-party rights. Authors should explain the restriction clearly in the manuscript.

Research Integrity

Authors must retain sufficient records to support published findings and should provide clarification to the editorial office if credible questions arise after publication.
