Frequently asked questions for authors submitting to or publishing with IJAICET.
Does IJAICET charge a submission fee?
No. IJAICET does not charge a submission fee or peer-review fee. Publication charges apply only after formal acceptance.
When do authors pay the APC?
Payment is requested after acceptance and before final publication processing. Details are available on the APC Information page.
Can authors request a waiver?
Yes. Authors with genuine financial limitations may request a waiver or discount. Waiver requests are reviewed separately from editorial decisions. See the APC Waiver and Discount Policy.
What review model does the journal use?
IJAICET uses a double-blind peer-review process. Author and reviewer identities are kept confidential during review.
Can authors post a preprint?
Authors may share preprints according to the journal's Preprint Policy. Authors should disclose preprints during submission and cite the final published version after publication.
Who owns copyright?
Authors retain copyright in their articles and grant IJAICET the right of first publication. Published articles are open access under the journal's licensing policy unless otherwise stated.
How long does peer review take?
The usual time from submission to review completion is approximately 4 to 8 weeks, depending on reviewer availability, manuscript quality, revision needs, and editorial workload.
