Preprint Policy

IJAICET allows authors to share a manuscript as a preprint or e-print before submission, provided the manuscript is original and is not under consideration by another journal at the same time.

Disclosure Requirement

Authors must disclose any preprint version during submission and provide the preprint title, server or repository name, DOI or URL if available, and any relevant version information.

Effect on Review

The existence of a preprint does not automatically make a manuscript ineligible for consideration. All submissions, including manuscripts available as preprints, are subject to editorial screening, plagiarism or similarity checks, peer review, and journal publication policies.

After Publication

After publication, authors are encouraged to update the preprint record with a citation and link to the IJAICET version of record.
