Website Support and Stable URLs
This page explains how IJAICET handles website support, stable article links, and user reports about broken pages or file access issues.
Stable Article Pages
IJAICET uses OJS article landing pages as the primary public record for published articles. Authors and readers should use the final article landing page and DOI link where assigned when citing or sharing published work.
Issue and Archive Links
Published issues remain available through the journal archive. Issue pages should provide stable access to article listings, article metadata, and article files.
Website Support Requests
Users may report broken article links, inaccessible PDF files, missing metadata, incorrect DOI display, page errors, login/access problems, or form-download issues to the editorial office.
Information to Include
- The affected URL.
- Article title, issue, DOI, or submission ID if available.
- A screenshot or error message where possible.
- Browser and device information when the problem is device-specific.
Technical Corrections
When a reported issue is confirmed, the editorial or technical team may update metadata, replace a file, correct a link, clear cache, restore from backup, or publish a correction notice depending on the nature of the problem.
