Issue Publication Standards

Issue Publication Standards

IJAICET publishes online issues with consistent issue metadata, article records, and public archive information.

Issue Metadata

Each issue should include the volume number, issue number, year, publication period, issue title where applicable, cover image where used, publication date, and issue description.

Article Minimums and Issue Completeness

To support journal regularity and indexing readiness, issues should contain a complete set of published articles appropriate to the journal's declared frequency. The editorial office aims to maintain complete quarterly issues with consistent metadata and final article files.

Archive Presentation

Published issues should remain available in the journal archive with stable issue URLs, cover image where applicable, article listings, article landing pages, and PDF galleys.

Article Ordering and Page Ranges

Articles should be ordered consistently within the issue. Page ranges should be checked before publication and should match the PDF, article metadata, and issue display where page ranges are used.

Corrections After Publication

If issue or article metadata requires correction after publication, the editorial office may update the article or issue record according to the journal's correction and metadata policies.
