Citation and Reference Guidelines

Citation and Reference Guidelines

These guidelines help authors prepare clear, accurate, and complete references for IJAICET submissions and final published articles.

Reference Accuracy

Authors should ensure that every reference is accurate, complete, and cited in the manuscript text. Incomplete or incorrect references may delay editorial processing or production.

Required Reference Elements

  • Author names.
  • Article, book, conference paper, report, or webpage title.
  • Publication venue or publisher.
  • Year of publication.
  • Volume, issue, and page range where applicable.
  • DOI or stable URL where available.

DOI Links in References

Where available, DOI links should be included in resolver format, such as https://doi.org/.... Authors should avoid broken, shortened, or temporary links in the reference list.

Citation Ethics

References should be relevant to the manuscript and should not be added only to inflate citation counts. Authors should avoid citation manipulation, irrelevant self-citation, and unsupported claims.

Reference Checks During Production

The editorial office may request corrections when references are incomplete, inconsistent, or missing essential metadata. Authors remain responsible for final reference accuracy.
