After Acceptance Guide
This guide explains the steps authors should complete after receiving an acceptance decision from IJAICET.
1. Confirm Final Author Details
Authors should confirm the final title, author names, affiliations, corresponding author details, ORCID IDs, email addresses where required by the article format, and funding or conflict-of-interest statements.
2. Complete Required Forms
Authors may be asked to submit signed forms before publication processing is completed.
3. APC and Waiver Requests
Publication charges are requested only after formal acceptance. Authors should review the APC Information page. Authors with genuine financial limitations may request support under the APC Waiver and Discount Policy.
4. Copyediting, Formatting, and Proof Check
The accepted manuscript may undergo copyediting and formatting before online publication. Authors should carefully check proofs or final PDF details when requested, especially title, author names, affiliations, figures, tables, references, and page information.
5. DOI and Online Publication
After production processing, the article is published on the journal website and DOI metadata is handled through the journal's DOI/Crossref workflow. Authors should cite the final IJAICET version of record after publication.
6. Publication Certificate
Publication certificates may be issued by the editorial office after the article is published. Certificate requests should include article title, author name, article URL, DOI, and publication details.
